Jan 26th 2023 - Got up to go to the bathroom late at night and noticed a bed bug (full adult) crawling on one of the towels. Captured it in a ziplock and showed the front desk. They moved me to a different room but I couldn't sleep. Changed my flight to leave a day early and checked out with just the clothes on my back and my laptop. Management wasn't concerned and was conveniently absent when checking out. I coordinated a meetup with my pest company and their bed bug K9 unit prior to going home. Laid out all the contents of the laptop bag so the dog could sniff through it and me and my car. Dog confirmed bed bugs in the laptop which happened to be running on my bed the whole night. Manager never called me. My wife called and wasn't getting anywhere with the manager and the manager refused to provide the owner's contact, they should not be owning/running a business where they cannot ensure safe and sanitary conditions. Their pest company arrived a week later. My pest company met with me the same day.
