On 4/7/2023 I checked in to the property around 11PM. We were offered a room which was unsanitary - with the staff even admitting it had not been cleaned. We were then offered another room. After moving into this room and getting ready to go to bed, I noticed a bed bug crawling on the bed. I took pictures and captured it for staff to confirm. We immediately left the room and requested a refund to which the response was pointing to a no refund sign. I had to repeatedly argue that unsanitary conditions are a violation of the contract between us and the hotel and since they cannot offer us their service we must be refunded in full. After around 20 minutes of arguing we were reluctantly refunded.
