3/13/2023 My nephew got the room for my husband and I with my name on there to but didn't know that till morning. It was about 6pm got to room about 830pm, then went to store, then got comfort for bed will after an hr started filling itching then my husband then we got out of bed and found a bed bug then two inside of pillow case on the bed where my two dogs sleep there was 2. We stayed up not knowing that my name was to the room too so morning came and told me. So at 9am went to the office asked for manager she said he will be there in a hr. So went back to room hr passed asked the ladies if we can be moved to a different room she said yes at first then 30min passed went back to ask she said no we have to wait for manager my husband said that manager came but left to another site so it was check out time. I was going to ask for another room, the manager said if we wanted to get another he was putting me in the same room, I said no cause there's bed bugs.
