I checked in at this hotel on January 31st and got room 508. The following morning, February 1st, I have bed bugs all over my body. I went to the front desk and asked that the housekeeper clean my room thoroughly as there are bed bugs in there and I went to my training. I came back that night (Feb. 1) and my room had not been touched, not cleaned, no clean towels, nothing. I went back to the receptionist for the same request. February 2 morning, same problem, same request. On Feb 3rd, they asked me to move to another room saying that's all they can do about it. February 4th I checked out, this time the bedbug bite marks had become swollen with blisters, and called the hotel but no one picked up the calls.
