1/18-1/20 2023. I killed a bedbug on the first morning 1/19 and woke up with bleeding bites on my arms and feet the morning of 1/20. Despite several requests, there was no housekeeping service during our stay in Room 521. No change in towels either. Management took off the cost of the valet parking and $200 from our $1068 bill. They weren’t surprised or terribly sorry.
