1. Rooms 201 and 202. Checked in Date 12/31/2022. 2. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on January 1st 2023, I woke up from an uncomfortable and an unpleasant sleep. I felt something biting my legs my face and my arms. When I reached over for the light and turned it on I seen bed bugs all over me biting me. I got up quickly at the disgust and tried calling the front desk to let them know that the room was infested with bed bugs. No one would answer, so I went to the front desk and there was a sign on the window saying we'll be back shortly. I grabbed all my belongings and my kids and waited in my car to speak with someone. For 2 hours we were waiting in the in heavy rain and very cold until finally someone came to the window. I showed the receptionist my bite marks and showed her the videos that I recorded with the infested room. The receptionist refuse to check or send someone to see the infested room. I asked to speak to the manager but of course manager was on vacation. I had the receptionist call the manager on the phone and the manager had her tell me to call my bank and dispute the credit charges because they were unable to refund me for my stay. I was on a family vacation and was unable to enjoy it due to this terrible incident. I also have videos but I'm unable to upload those. They wouldn't refund my money for the stay and refuse to check the infested room. They told me to call my bank and dispute charges and take it up with them. I have pictures of my body bitten along with videos of the infested room.
