12/10/2022 Found two adult bed bugs on the bed sheets. Reported it to management and they apologized but did not offer a refund.

6/30/2023 Arrived just after midnight. The place seemed a little run down ... 1st floor room.... room didn't feel clean... lifted linen and checked along mattress Seams and found numerous small bed bugs and nymphs and bug poop etc. All around the bed. Went and told front desk person who seemed to not know of any issues ..was very polite... took photo of the photos I took.. entered a note into computer and on a clipboard .. gave key to another room. Sadly inspected that room and found the same ..including deceased bug onto of mattress. We didn't stay long enough to search whole room that's not my job. The desk person claimed I was refunded ..I have to check if that's true. I would not recommend this hotel
