On Sunday at 2:30 am I woke to use the bathroom and saw something crawling across the bed. I thought it was just a gnat and smashed it, but it was fill of blood and left a big blood mark on the bed. I started searching online to find pictures and kept finding more bugs. I got dressed and went to the front desk and showed the night staff a picture and he said yep that's a bed bug. He didn't know what else to do except move us to another room. This was the last night of our stay. We moved rooms but left our stuff behind because it was now 3am and I didn't want to pack it all up and take bugs to the new room. In the morning I requested garbage bags to put our luggage in to travel home. They gave them to me without a problem. When we went back to our old room to get our belongings we were locked out and had to get our card rekeyed in order to get our things this annoyed them staff. Once we packed everything in garbage bags we went to check out and I requested a refund on the room and he said but we changed your room. Then got annoyed and said he would take care of it. I called 2 days after arriving home because still no refund and they said they would pass it along to management. It is now 2 weeks after our stay and still no refund. We have had to throw away our suitcase and thoroughly clean everything that we had in the hotel.
