Check in 8/27/22. Check out 8/29/22. 2 days later woke up with bites everywhere and even on my face. Called front desk. The woman confirmed another guest staying in the same room after my stay reported seeing a bed bug. All money was refunded by manager. Ended up in urgent care in Missouri because a severe allergic reaction I was having to the bites. I had a $50 co-pay. Needed a steroid shot and 6 days of oral steroids then had a reaction to going off the steroids and my bites popped back up again. Then had to go back to urgent care near my home, another steroid shot followed by 12 days of high dose oral steroids. Hotel manager (TP) wouldn't reimburse me for urgent care co-pay because he stated he already refunded the cost of my room.
