Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I checked in on August 21st, 2022 and checked out the following day. After realizing that my truck wouldn’t be ready I checked back in and they assigned me to another room(410). I notified the staff that I have bed bugs in the room and they denied and said that the GM would reach out. He called and totally denied it saying that he checked it and doesn’t see anything. I told him that i have pics of the bugs and he denied me the right to send them to him. I’m very disappointed at the fact that he doesn’t want to assist and be honest that they have bed bugs.

9/28/2022 Woke up at 4 am after feeling itchy and couldn’t stop scratching certain areas on my sides below my chest. I’m a nurse so I knew I’d get paranoid with even the smallest bite so I spent 30 min searching both beds, and woke up my boyfriend and found an adult bedbug and a fresh fed baby crawling around. I put them in a cup and took them to the desk and they kindly assigned us a new room on a different floor and offered refund.
