8/19/2022 we checked into room 423 around 9pm. Once we went to bed and turned off the bright lights around 11 or 11:45pm, we noticed bed bugs crawling on our pillows. We turned on all the lights and inspected the room and noticed both beds and the chair had bed bugs. The hotel staff didn’t know what to say or do & told us to speak to the manager in the morning. We stayed elsewhere that night and spoke to the manager, drove up there the next day and the manager was rude, didn’t take us serious, refused to look at our photos, and did not provide us with their inspection results the next day as requested and promised.
