08/11/22 12 am My son found bed bugs in his bed. Video taped with his phone. Reported to front desk and was told we could leave hotel for full refund or move to another room. As we were at hotel for a wedding the next night we moved to another room. Staff was dismissive. After much argument gave us $30 discount on our 2 night stay. Never even apologized.

I reserved 7 rooms at the Ingleside hotel for 2 nights. All the rooms were good except for one. The guests were bitten on the first night and thought they were mosquitos and on the second night saw bed bugs and realized they were being bitten by them. They were distraught and I informed the manager who sent someone to spray and offered quarters and laundry soap to wash the clothes. This incident was very traumatic and caused the guest to leave the room abruptly without showering and getting the full day of the room. I went back and forth with management whom seem to not take responsibility for the bed bugs and offer $100 off for having to leave the room early. Again this was a very disturbing experience for the guest in room 182 on May 17 thru 19, 2024.
