8/9/2022 You get what you pay for! We were concerned about the cleanliness when we checked in, there was a used washcloth left in the bathroom and some trash that wasn’t ours. We check the beds and didn’t see any sign of bedbugs but in the morning we noticed one on a lampshade and then saw two on pillows. We alerted the front desk staff who didn’t seem surprised. We hadn’t planned on spending the night, it was a last minute decision because a family member had a baby nearby. We plan to go to the hospital this morning but now we’re going directly home after a trip to the laundromat.

9/22/24 I stayed at the Quality Inn for 4 of 5 nights during my stay. After the 1st two nights my roommate and both noticed some bites. Being we spend time out doors, and no current evidence of bed bugs, we thought it was just mosquitos or something. The 3rd night we thought we found a bed bug. Turns out it was a cigarette beatle. The 4th night however, i woke up itching on my back. I went to the restroom and used the mirror to find a couple whelps on my back. I returned to the bed and began searching again. Once I flipped my covers back, there it was, a mid aged bed bug. I gathered a cup and caught the bug. I woke my roommate and we searched for others with no immediate findings. After taking pictures and videos, I called the front desk and notified them of my findings. They said the manager was in at 6 am and would call me. In the meanwhile I gather my belongings to isolate them from possible further contamination. After no call by 6:30 am, I proceeded to the office. The manager tried to deny it was a bed bug, then tried to say it was a baby. Then she said I carried it in from work, being Im in construction. I work day shift in food safe facilities. She said they would inspect the room and notify me. No notification has been recieved, nor any refund for the remaining night that I didnt stay. Plan is to notify the health department tomorrow and whom ever else. Funny thing is, I find a report two years prior on here for the same room.
