Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

8/4/22 Family and I awakened from bedbug bites. Notified front desk manager she definitely questioned my character and denied pest infestation until I showed pictures of the bite marks. She sent maintenance man to inspect the room. He came with the whole crew of housekeeping etc. They gathered around the room door blocking my family and I in and caused such a unpleasant commotion. It took the maintenance man less than 5 minutes to use a regular flashlight and inspect. It was Completely unprofessional.We went to get checked out and upon our return the manager was driving away. The front desk staff member was instructed to move us to another room he was disrespectful and rude during the remainder of the time of our stay.
