Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I evacuated from Matthew and went to this hotel. Wednesday nite I had no problems at one point I did see a bug on the bed and flicked it off. Friday morning I woke up with bites and Saturday morning with more bites. I had three on the front of my neck very very close to each other. I went to the urgent care they said it was definitely bug bites. I am running a fever and my neck has a swelling the size of a ping pong ball. I currently have 19 bug bites.

July 21, 2022 room 232 bed bugs was spotted in room full of blood after seeing one there were more. I have many bites on me I contacted the property wasn’t able to speak to a manager, every time I called no one from management was available. I had to call corporate office to report the incident. Spoke to one of the front desk workers and asked if they spotted the bed bugs so said to me no bed bug was found which was a lie I have bites all over me and sadly my children does as well.

8/14/22 Stayed in room for 2 nights, the next day I spotted a fully loaded bed bug crawling on pillow then realized I had several bites on my right size of my arm that now currently hurt bad. I immediately packed my things and left and check out. I contacted front desk they made it seem like I was lying and didn’t even care I had to call corporate.
