7/19/22 8pm - my daughter has itchy bed bug bites and we reported it to the hotel. They were unable and unwilling to help us resolve the situation. They did offer to switch the room but did not have a room big enough for our family to stay in. With kids we can’t do a separate room. We asked if they could treat our luggage before returning home and they refused. They did not have a plan or protocol in place to deal with Bed Bugs. The manager on duty was unprepared to handle the situation and did not resolve the situation. A hotel as big as Hilton should have a protocol in place to deal with this very stressful issue seamlessly so guests like us don’t have to suffer during a very stressful situation like this. We check out tomorrow and will have to spend money to resolve this at home and then fight Hilton for a refund. What a terrible end to our vacation and very disappointed that they could not help us especially as diamond members.
