Around 7:30AM on June, 27 2022 Bed bug found under my wife's pillow and a cockroach found under the sink in room. Spoke to front desk and he stated manager would not be in until 9 but would call me. Front desk clerk came to the room to verify the bed bug. After not hearing from the manager I called the city health department. They referred me to the fire marshal. I filed a report with the fire Marshal and provided pictures. I returned to the motel at 9:45AM to speak to the manager. Manager proceeded to tell me he would not refund until exterminators came. After stating I called the fire Marshal, that I would be happy to walk the hallways announcing their infestation, and taking him to the room to show him, The manager finally agreed to a refund. Stay at your own risk!
