I checked into the hotel May 24th 2022 at 12 noon in room 203. At 1 o'clock AM , I was awakened by severe itching I had small red bumps on my arms and legs. I took pictures of the bed bugs crawling on the mattress went downstairs notified the general manager of the situation and she told me that the hotel was booked so there was no other rooms available until 8 AM that morning. General manager compensated me for 3 days, changed my room to 102 Which appeared to be clean with no signs of bed bugs present at that time. On June 14th at 3 am I was again awakened by itching , redness and swelling to my right ear , my left hand and fingers I did take pictures of the bed bugs on the bed notified staff and was moved to room 101 Which had spiders and centipedes and nets in the kitchen and shower. At 8 AM that morning I received a phone call from the general manager notifying me that I could not stay in the room 101 because it was a handicap suite. I was compensated for 2 days and this time management offered to pay for my laundry which they did not do the 1st time and then I was moved to room 207 which is 2 doors down from my original room 203 that had the bed bugs. I have requested a full refund because I was paid in full until June 25th And I have checked out of that hotel and called the corporate office and notified them that no professional pest control was done in either room nor did I notice any deep cleaning done by housekeeping staff. I will never stay at this location again. I am a travel nurse working in Massachusetts at the local hospital And I'm very disappointed with the results of how management responded to both situations and just the basic disregard For proper housekeeping and cleaning of the rooms. My newly upgraded room 207 was not very clean as well.
