4 of us stayed in the hotel room on Saturday night (6/4/22) after a concert. When we got there earlier that day, we realized the pictures & description of the hotel was a complete lie, but they were doing renovations, so we gave them the benefit of the doubt & proceeded to our room. The night was a constant nightmare of tiny bedbugs, baby roaches & trash water flooding the sink. We pulled the mattress away from the wall & what we saw made us physically sick. The wall was covered! Thousands of tiny bedbugs everywhere! When we alerted the front desk, the lady there snarled and said "gross, I'd be outta there!" That was NOT helpful at all & did not make us feel any better for the money we paid to stay in the middle of an infestation. They did not refund us so that we could find another, clean hotel.

My group and I were on the way back from Florida on 3/24 and we were tired so we decided to stop at a hotel. Only place available. We get into the room very run down it stank and was not clean. We decided to try to just get some sleep and we didn’t get under the covers. When we first came in we inspected the beds and found one bug on the side of a bed, we tried to just convince ourselves it wasn’t a bed bug because it was decent size. Then as we were getting to sleep one of our group members saw bedbugs crawling up on top of the bed. We all got our stuff and the hell out of there we told the front desk and they gave us a full refund. We put all of our stuff into trash bags and just headed home. Now I have friends that were staying in another room it was much nicer then ours and they had no bug problems, so I do believe not all rooms are horrible. Definitely check the bed very carefully and request a new room if it is rundown. The lady at the front desk was very nice and understanding.
