Stayed from Friday 5/20/22 and found bedbugs on Tuesday evening 5/24/22. We noticed the bites about the second day but thought it was from mosquitos since we were outside a lot. We notified the front desk as soon as we found them, they called the owner, the owner offered to refund our stay and move us to another room. He listened to everything we had to say but wasn’t to keen on treating our home if we had them since my husband has been staying here for months for work and coming back to our home every weekend or every other weekend. We took pictures and called the health department, left a message since they were closed. The hotel called their exterminator to also come out and look at everything. As of right now we do not have anything else to report or how the hotel is going to handle anything further besides giving us a refund for our money for the few nights that we’ve stayed.
