Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Received 100+ bites bedbugs (many in lines) over 4 nights (didn't know what they were until I got home) 4/26-4/30. Hilton Corporate has ignored any requests. The management at the H has stated they have isolated the room. LA County Health Dept also has an open case.

We stayed here June 29 and 30. Woke up with many bites all over all of us. Looked under bed skirt and found many live bedbugs from very small to very large in size so they have been there awhile. Talked to person at front desk to ask for someone to come and verify while we were still there and they would not send anyone up. They said they would take 50% off second night only until we could talk to management later in the day by calling. We got our statement by email and they did not take anything off. We gave them three videos of the bugs, our bites, and bed bug stains and have not gotten anything.
