Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Awoke at approximately 11:00 p.m. 2022-03-17 to find a single bed bug on the pillow in room 103. Captured it in a cup and took it to the night shift manager. The hotel provided new rooms which were thoroughly inspected before moving in. Staff were professional and accommodating.

September 12, 2023 in room 116 of the Atrium at 9:30 pm. When I came back from going to the bathroom saw several bedbugs on my sheet and pillow. Went down to front desk and the lady came to the room to look at them. She didn’t know what they were and I said that they’re bed bugs. She had us switched to another room and didn’t charge us for that night. We were staying two other nights. They upgraded us to a deluxe room.
