Bed Bugs in our room 423 and the hotel didn't do anything about it. Just be aware if your actually stay because its $1500.00 to rid them from your home. We finished eating at a restaurant about 8:30pm and my 3year old daughter was in the bed and started talking about a bug about 11:15pm so i looked and this guy was running around on the pillow so i got her off the bed and put the pillow in the sink called the front desk to inform them and they moved us to room 101... we put the clothing we had on in bags and put new ones on to go to new room. After googling bed bug i confirmed what type of bug it was; so as im packing our things i see a second adult and 2 small not as obvious ones running around on the bed. The next morning the alarm in new room starts screaming at 5:45am so now my daughter is awake and we are all running on 5 1/2 hours of sleep, so after getting her scrubbed down i get her out of that hotel as quick as possible before i ask the front desk what they will do to accommodate. The manager MW wants to wait till the pest control confirms that there are bed bugs before doing anything to help me. The bug control doesn't show up till 5pm and the manager doesn't contact me so i go back on 3/10/22 now she is saying they did not find bed bugs and they refuse to help. So now the room is not being treated and they are still renting the room out. This is a public health hazard so i feel the people have a right to know!
