2/18/21 My boyfriend and I booked a room at this motel and before arriving we read multiple reviews of people stating they found bed bugs in their room. When we arrived we asked the owner if we could check our room before paying, which she agreed to. We checked the room and found bed bugs. We went back to the owner, Suzie, and told her what we had found. She was polite about the situation and offered us a different room which we declined. We offered to pay any cancellation fees, which she said was not necessary and Suzie said she would have Orkin come out and take a look at the room. We left disappointed that we found bugs but happy with how Suzie handled it. A few hours later we received a call from the all seasons motel and my boyfriend answered the phone. There was a random lady who works for the motel cussing my boyfriend out and accused him of lying about the bed bugs. She continued on to tell him he is simply too broke to stay here because when she tried to charge us for the room, his card was declined. She repeatedly insulted him over the phone and charged him after we had an agreement with the owner that we would not be charged. This was an absolutely horrible experience, I have never dealt with anything like this in my life.
