1. 1am 1/29/22; found bed bugs in our hotel room 2. Called management immediately and took 20 minutes for the engineers to come inspect; came to the conclusion almost immediately at 1:21am that there were bed bugs in our room. They kept going back and forth between us leaving our belongings as they were in the same room and told us that they would keep all of them, even the items that needed to be dry cleaned. The 3rd party bed bug killing service didn't come until 10:30am on 1/29/22 and ended up not being finished for 3 hours. Asked management about next steps in regard to retrieving clothing items and getting them washed, but they ended up saying that they couldn't do everything in a timely manner despite the fact that my sister had to fly out the next day. They told us that we needed to take the clothing items to the dry cleaners ourselves and get it washed with us paying for it. When I asked them about reimbursement, they said that everything had to go through the insurance which didn't resolve anything.
