We checked in on 12/11/2021 and checked out 12/16/2021, room #202. They told us it was ADA accessible. Not true as we found out. The carpet in the room, hallways and elevator was badly stained. We found hairs in the shower and sink, the room smelled of wet dog. I went down to the desk to request a different room and was told non available. When we checked out I asked for a final bill and was told that they will email it to me. Then I discovered the rashes and itching all over my body that turned into what looked like blistering under the skin. When checked, it turned out to be BED BUG BITES on my neck, arms, back, legs and side. it was very painful and itchy All over. I called and complained to MANAGEMENT they said the HOTEL MANAGER was out of town and would contact me when they get back. I contacted HILTON several times no results and was told by a supervisor that there was no need to get upset. I was eaten by BED BUGS and explained that I was very upset. I filed a complaint with HILTON, was given a case # and told that they would get back to me in 48 hours. No one ever contacted me. The Hotels senior management team is STILL currently unavailable. We have not heard back from any one.
