I arrived at American Inn in May of 2021. I've never had a bed bug issue before at a hotel so I really didn't know what they look like. I had seen a bug crawl across my jeans on my first night I was there in my first room. I really didn't think much of it so I just flicked the bug off my leg then it got on my leg again and I instantly thought bed bugs so I looked up a picture online and it gave a 100% match that it was a bed bug so I flushed it . Then over the past few days I saw a few more bed bugs and I went up to the front desk and they moved me to room 123, I honestly don't know if they sprayed for any of the bed bugs. Then in my new room 123, all I had was a really bad roach infestation for about a few months then the bed bugs came back. I really only one at a time but I knew there was more because I was covered all over my arms in legs in bites so I bought raid bed bug fogger with my own money which was expensive and used all three of the foggers and waited about 3 weeks and lifted my sheets and I saw close to 20 to 25 bed bugs on my mattress. So I went and reported it to the front text and they moved my room again for the second time.
