Checked in on 12/26/2021 had a few bites on myself the first two nights. When my husband and I woke up to day my arms and head had bites all over it. Along with his arms and back. So we decided to look to see if there was anything on the bed and we found live bugs crawling saw where behind the bed you they tried to treat it. We went to the front desk to let the hotel know the gentleman from the desk wanted to see it for himself. He can to our room and my husband showed him a bug that was crawling and he acted like he didn’t care. He told us he had to call someone to verify that it was bed bugs. Which with all the stuff we had he could of saw it was bed bugs. How hasn’t heard of google. So he left and we bagged our belongings up and while we were doing that I decided to look really close and there was a lot of evidence that showed it was bed bugs. Not to mention the bites that we had. This is not how we wanted to end our vacation. Check in 12/26/21 Check out 12/29/21 Went to the front desk around 9:00 12/29/21, he acted like there was nothing wrong. He said he had to call an pest control service, before anyone can do anything.
