Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Date/Time: 12/18/21 - 12/19/21, overnight. Story: Woke up with hives and an allergic reaction in middle of night. Kept waking up itching horribly. Next morning, after hives went down the bites were in an apparent bed bug line/cluster only on exposed skin - 23 bites total on my face, arms, neck, and feet. Found multiple exoskeletons, droppings and dried blood on mattress skirt behind the bed as well as two live bugs. What management did: moved us to a new room, breakfast comp and points refund. Made us pay for coin op laundry to clean our clothing. Saw them taking all linens away and mattresses out of old room.
