Sad to say I have always done by booking for this hotel and have been going here for about 3 years and never had an issue until recently so I feel extremely sad to see someone right about the same issue I had. On our stay Dec 12th after only being in our room a couple hours I woke up from a nap to a bug crawling by my head. I killed it and inspected the rest of the bed and saw smaller bugs crawling on the bed. I inspected the second bed and saw the same thing. The room had bed bugs. We immediately packed our stuff and I went to speak to the manager, when I told him there is a problem we have bugs in our room he said room 25? I said no we are in room 21. I explained the situation and even told him I have pictures and a video of them and that I wanted my money back. He declined and offered another room. We did not feel comfortable staying here anymore and I did not want to argue with the old man so we left. About 20 minutes later he called me and said he went to the room and found the dead bug on the bed and it had been dead for awhile and was dried up. I explained that I had killed it but he said no need to lie it had already been there. No hotel should have bugs dead or alive clearly but it was obvious he did not want to admit the wrong so I just said okay believe what you want and hung up. Sadly this hotel is very unsanitary. Beware of this place and please do not stay. I have pictures and a video of the little bugs crawling and after reading someone else having the same experience I know we are not imagining anything.

12/21/2021 at 8:00 pm. We went into the room. Started checking for bugs as we always do in motels, noted one on the pillowcase, killed and blood poured out of it. Told management. Didn’t really care. Acted surprised even though looking at reviews after the fact someone reported bed bugs in the exact same room. Struggling to get refund. We immediately left and did not want another room.
