Stay began on 12/27 .. woke up to red itchy bites around 6:45 am and immediately called the front desk. They came up and moved me across the hall. I was in town for my aunts funeral and after taking the 7 hour drive was extremely exhausted. Having never experiencing anything like this before, the worker came up and told me to check the next room. Woke up to more bites and cancelled my stay for the remaining time. The exterminator could not come out to Monday to check the room, in which they confirmed it was bed bugs. They did not offer to wash my belongings or provide a place to wash or treat my items. Had to ride back from VA to jersey with my family and i items with possible contamination. And brought my clothes straight to the laundromat. Everything else such as suitcases and other items were thrown away.
