10/19/21- found and reported to General Manager 10/20/21 Had to move hotels in the middle of the night, found bedbugs on my pillow at about midnight. Called front desk to report at about midnight. Staff had nothing to say. Came back next day and talked to General Manager. This was our 3rd night there, he refunded the ONE night that I had to move in the middle of the night. He agreed that he checked that morning and saw bedbugs but would not refund the other two nights. He was rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic.
