1.) 10/24/2021 Was in room 23 stayed for two hours i got the room for over night and got bite by bed bugs all up my arm and when I went to the front desk nobody but the cleaning lady was there they told me came back at 8:00am so I slept in my car after disposing my clothes and items. I returned at 8:00am and the guy told me he would not refund my money. I showed him the pictures and videos and he called the “owner” who said they get sprayed every month that’s impossible but when I asked for an inspection report they refused to show me.
