Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Bed bugs found in both beds on second night 10/4/21. Management did offer to let us switch rooms. We ended up putting everything in plastic bags and leaving. We did check upon arrival and the mattresses were encased.

Checked in Saturday 8/20/22. When we turned the bed down there was a small brown bug. A Google photo searched matched up to a bed bug. Reported bug to front desk and requested a refund. The clerk was helpful and not at all surprised. We received a refund.

On 11/16/23 at 5 am, I woke up with bedbug bites on my inner arm and tiny blood spots on the sheets. I reported this to the front desk but they stated they were unaware of any problems. However, there were several beds in the lobby. I asked for a manager to call me but didn’t receive a call. I hope I didn’t bring any bed bugs home. Last week I saw a reddish brown bug on the bed at checkout as well.
