1. 9/14-9/18 found bed bug on counter on 9/17. 2. 2 guys came up to check it out speaking Spanish and confirmed to each other it was a bed bug. Checked the bed and confirmed again. Not knowing I speak Spanish they tried to tell me it was nothing and Offered me a new room I declined and said I was leaving. Called desk no answer and they brought me a new key. I declined and called again to ask how they will treat my belongings so I didn’t transfer any to another hotel, plane, car, work, home etc. they said their ppl who handle it aren’t there and have to wait for them to arrive in a few days and it’s a process. I left upset and spent hours at a laundromat w no resolution besides and offer to throw my clothes in the hotel dryer. No follow up or anything since the incident.
