We stayed the night of July 22nd 2023. We found multiple bed bugs in the room. Luckily we had not brought our luggage inside yet or really touched anything. We reported the problem to the front desk. She admitted they had been “spraying” for an ongoing problem. She moved us to room 208 where we didn’t find any more bed bugs. We reached out to management asking for a refund for our stay, and left voicemails, however they have ignored us despite our attempts to get in contact.

August 25-26, 2021 Beds were swarming with bed bugs, woke up at night with bloody sheets because of how many times we were bitten. Management switched us to a new room. We had to pay for our own laundry and wash all our clothes with a laundry room on a different floor. No additional help was provided from hotel. We are seeking medical evaluation.
