On 15 Aug 21 we stayed here. When returning from the Grand Canyon we found blood on our sheets and blankets. I went to the office and they gave us new sheets and a blanket but did not offer to change the linen. I awoke at 6 am with a large bed bug on my arm and four adults and one infant in the bed. I immediately awoke my family of 5 and had them pack and shower. I immediately contacted the office and woke them up demanding a full refund. The “manager” said he had to contact the “owner” and would call me. We then threw out our old luggage, spent 4 hours of our vacation time washing all of our laundry and paid $200 for new luggage. The hotel charged us the full amount for the room, then CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $100! Then refunded $100. They never contacted me, I have contacted them multiple times and they refuse to do anything further. I have spoken to the manager and requested to speak to the owner to no avail.
