Needed a place to stay for a three day weekend of 7/23/2021 - 7/26/2021 when my power was being upgraded and i reluctantly choose the days inn not expecting much but basics and was actually surprised at how clean it 'seemed' i was actually planning on giving a decent review of the place... Until the last morning when i woke to a small bug i instinctively squished and found was full of blood... Recognizing what it was i immediately started taking pics and searching for more proof.. Upon informing management they completely denied any infestation and proceeded to tell me all the furniture and beds were brand new... and first that i should've noticed the bugs on the first day and left then, then changed to i had brought them... and refused refund ( even went as far as to show the lady the old bed stains) Refusing to deal with the incompetent desk help i asked to speak to owner which i was flat out denied then threaten that they'd call the police on me!? At any rate Health department is being informed and doc appointments made. Owner then contacted me and first said they'd never had a bed bug problem but ive already seen several complaints online bed bug registry that sound exactly the same as my experience... Noticed them later on and no one cared and then she claimed they had had the room inspected and found nothing... 5 mins after i posted complaint...
