6/22/21 My daughters and boyfriend booked two rooms at this property as we're selling houses and needed a place to stay all weekend. Our rooms were next to each other. 227 and 225. Our room had bed bugs! My boyfriend woke up with bites all over his legs. We kind of thought, ok - maybe mosquitos. So we're sitting on bed watching my final project for school around 4pm the next day, and a bed bug walks right past us! Literally! So we go to the desk and I think - wait - let me bring it down with me (dead of course). As I return to the other room, there's one on the other bed, just bold walking across it at 5pm. We go check out and the manager sets us up at the beautiful (not being sarcastic) Spring Hill Suites but only one room. We needed two. And we have to pay. After back and forth with Fairfield, our Fairfield charges are refunded but not Spring Hill. We lost $500 in clothes and personal items that we left there, to prevent bringing bed bugs home! The hotel offered to heat treat and dry clean and deliver our items days later, but who wants them?!! I'm waiting and escalating to receive compensation for our Spring Hill Suites night, our inconvenience on not having two rooms, and all of the personal items and clothing we had to replace! Do not stay here. It used to be nice, but not anymore. Worst hotel experience of my life.
