Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On June 21st, found bed and wall infested with bedbugs after my husband woke up being bit. We slept in our car for the rest of the night. Told girl at front desk and she told us the manager was not available. We had another night booked but did not stay. Manager called and left a message we would not receive a refund because we booked through a third party website that doesn't allow refunds.

As a couple, we stayed at FarWest Motel for 2 nights, June 2-3. I got bit during the night and because we had the window open, I had thought it was mosquitos getting in through the screen. It turns out, upon returning home, I was bit several more times and found that bedbugs had came home with me in my suitcase. After seeing other recent reports, I hope the property manager has treated the entire building accordingly.
