After traveling from texas, I checked in my room around 7 pm June 12, 2021. I had prepared myself for bed and just as I was about to get into bed I saw what appeared to be multiple tiny bugs moving about the bed, with a closer look and video I discoved that the tiny bugs were bed bugs. I immediately grabbed my belongings and went to the front desk to check out and request a refund because there was no way I was staying at this hotel. I reported the incident to the desk clerk who informed me that he did not know how to issue a refund. I instructed him to call his manager which he did but was told by the manager that he wouldnt be in until 6 am the next morning. Which is unexceptable since he lives in this beg bug infested hotel. When he arrived he was extremely rude and never went to check the room. He did issue my refund but I'm sure they will just continue booking these bug infested rooms out to other unsuspecting travelers.
