we stayed there for 2 nights, 5/24 and 5/25 and after checking out I noticed several bites around my ankles and my fiance noticed several on her face neck and head. as time progressed she continued to have itching and noticed more and more bites. then we found bed bugs in our luggage . we had only stayed in this motel and know that it happened at the red roof. as we entered our room, we noticed all of the mattresses were stacked outside the rooms but we didn't think anything about it. when we went into the room there were no lights and I called the desk and she said they had been remodeling the rooms and brought us a light. as I checked out, I heard a lady come into the office staying that as soon as she sat down on the bed in her room she noticed bugs all over her and they returned her money. I reported this to the manager and he said to email pictures to an email address, for which I did. I have called and went back to the motel since then asking for our money back with no avail I have since had to remove all of my clothes bedding and everything to a laundry mat and wash it. I have not been able to go to work for fear that I may transmit them to someone . somebody needs to be accountable for their negligence.
