I went to this hotel on June 1, 2021 with my mom at 5:32 in the morning. We were both exhausted as we had been moving all night things all night long. When we go to the room, half the light bulbs were burned out, there was a fixture for the shower handle that was literally taken out of the wall and was just laying there in the bathtub. Then we went to do our bed inspection. At first I didn’t see anything but my mom noticed that the beds were made rather ruffled up like someone had already laid on them. Then this tiny bug crawled out from under the pillow and at first I thought it was a roach and it turned out to be a bed bug. Thank God we didn’t sit or lay down on the bed. We had paid for 3 days so we went downstairs to the front desk and the guy was really nice and refunded us.
