This happened on 5/29/21-5/31/21 and it last for 2 nights. The management didn’t handle it at all. We showed them pictures of the bites which were on me, my wife, my mother in-law, and my 2 month old daughter. They denied that it was from bed bugs and the lady at the front desk told us it there aren’t any bed bugs in south Florida and that we are lying and told us to leave. We had to endure this for 2 nights. Now we are on the way to the ER after checking out to get help. We asked what they can do about it and they lady said nothing. Pretty much that we are lying and that we need to leave. Horrible staff and this place needs to get shut down and soon as possible.
