We checked in at 4:30 on April 28, 2021. They need to rename it THE BED BUG MOTEL! This is the nastiest most disgusting motel i have ever been to. We checked in for 3 nights. The first night we awoke in them middle of the night to bed bugs biting us! We ended up going to sleep in our car til morning. When i went to the front desk and told the lady (who said she was the owner) and asked for my money back for the remaining nights she was very rude. She asked my why i didn't complain during the night? Well when i went first thing that morning at 6am, i knocked and rang the bell but no one came because the sign said they open back up at 8am.... She said, sorry. I am not refunding you any money. I asked her if she didn't think it would be the right thing to do? She still said sorry, no money back. She then told me since i booked through expedia, i had to call them. I called them and they actually called there and the lady told her she was just the answering service (FLAT OUT LIAR) so i went to the front desk while on the phone with expedia, she spoke to her on speaker and the lady from expedia said she was the same person she spoke to. Expedia asked them to give my money back. They still said no. Then said i could email them and ask for it....don't hold your breath on that. I emailed but haven't heard anything back! Chalk it up to lesson learned I guess.
