Contacted office at 11pm on 4-24-2021 that we had found bedbugs in the room, they offered to change out bed, we rented room for a week, they said they could move us to a different room, we declined. I wanted a refund and wanted to leave, we had rented the room for a week, we were visiting from Michigan, we were told he couldn't do that till the guy in the morning was there, we left, got a different place, went next morning, manager kept offering a different room again. I asked to be refunded for the week 750.00 for the was old only 500 charged me 250 for a night, I didn't stay and was told we offered you a new bed and to spray the room. This hotel is infested and needs to be looked into.
