Bed bugs Began 1/15/21 same thru 4/2/21 Downplayed service, nothing done except asking me to pay 40 cash to the maintenance man to purchase hotel grade sprays. I also tried bombs, dust, can sprays, foams plus two gallon pump sprays and alcohol, nothing worked. I was really pissed when I asked for help from family friends and church and procured the $600 the exterminator quoted and was told NO YOU CANT BRING ANYONE HERE AND TO REALLY ADD INSULT TOLD ME IT DIDN'T MATTER WHAT THE EXTERMINATOR SAID I COULDN'T REMOVE TWO INFESTED BEDS EVEN THO I OFFERED TO PAY STORAGE TO KEEP THEM SAFE NO BASICALLY JUST SHUT UP SUFFER AND WAIT OH AND LOSE MY BELONGING OVER 700 DOLLARS WORTH SO IM GONNA FIND RELIEF IN COURT OR BE IN THE NEWS, almost 100 days no help nothing just suffering 9 days camping 14 in my car yet they get paid from fema on my behalf sure sounds like neglect and punitive to me for sure find somewhere else or see what I'm talking about lots of folks complaining there.
