Checked in to room 122 on 3/13/21, after watching television for several hours my daughter saw a bed bug crawling across one of the pillows. I caught it and confirmed it was a bedbug. Showed the live bug to hotel staff who took a photo of it and called the manager. We checked out immediately and gave the live bug to the hotel staff on duty who threw it away (live bug) in the trash can in the lobby.

June 3, 2021 My son and I woke with bed bug bites from both beds in our room. I reported to management and was told they have never had any reports before of bed bugs which I see is a lie because there is another report on here from the room next to it in 120 in March. We could not find the bugs but I know what they look like because this happened to us at another hotel in Marion as well a couple years ago (Best Western) but they took it more serious and came in and turned the room upside down till they found the bugs. Back to Quality Inn, they said they checked room and found nothing. I insisted they wash our clothes. They didn't want too but they did. They moved us to the third floor.
