Checked in on 02-25-2021, the room was not very clean to say the least, that night I woke up numerous times with welts on my arms and body, I talked to my wife and she suggested that it might be bed bugs so I preceeded to look for them, I did not find any that night I stayed thru to 02-28-2021, each night was the same. About 130 A.M. on 03-01-2021 I was woke up once again and that was when I had found the bed bugs that were bitting me, I went to the front desk to ask for a different room and to show the manager the pictures I took he didn't believe me so he walked to the room and sure enough he seen with his own eyes, he gave me the room next to that room 330 which was nasty as well and I could not sleep so I sat in my truck, then I checked out on 03-01-2021 I requested him to refund me the nights I did stay for me getting bit by the bed bugs but he said no. I am very disgusted with this hotel, I live on the road building cell towers so I stay in a lot of hotels all over and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed inin 20 yrs.
