I stayed at the Trianon from 2/8 to 2/11. I received multiple bed bug bites which by the evening of the 11th had become fully inflamed. This diagnosis has been confirmed by my physician. The Trianon Old Naples is the only place I stayed. I reported the issue to the hotel. With out any checking they denied any bed bugs. They promised to have the manager call. The manager did not. They have provided no proof of inspection. The Collier County Health department has been contacted.

After staying ONLY at this hotel from July 10-13, 2021, I was so covered in Bedbugs that I needed steroids to heal and stop the itching. I began complaining to the front desk after the first night and assumed I had been outside after dark and some mosquitoes had gotten me that badly. I was itching so much I couldn't sleep and woke up the night manager twice asking where I could go to get medicine in the middle of the night. Bedbugs were not even on my register. By the time I left, I was covered, even after being very careful outside. Then I was up one night reading extremely late at night because I was so miserable and I saw a bedbug crawl across my pillow next to me stumbling because he was so bloated with my blood. I could not believe it. I informed the manager, who was not there at the time I checked out, and here I am a month later waiting for a return call or credit for my medical bills. DO NOT STAY HERE!
